When you archive a message thread, this only has an effect from your perspective as a company team member. From the candidate's perspective things remain unchanged and he/she can still respond as normal. They are not notified when you archive a message thread or move them through your pipeline.

If the candidate responds to the message in future, this will automatically unarchive the message.
