On 21 February 2023, OfferZen launched an upgraded integration with Greenhouse, set to replace the previous integration. With the new integration, candidates will automatically be sent to a job in Greenhouse when they accept an interview request for one of your positions.

How to connect the new Greenhouse integration

❗Important: Your legacy Greenhouse integration will be disconnected automatically when you connect to the new integration.

Connect the new integration with Greenhouse by going to More > Integrations on OfferZen and follow these steps to set it up.

Your legacy Greenhouse integration will be disconnected automatically when you connect to the new integration.

Manage candidates with the legacy Greenhouse integration

Adding candidates to Greenhouse

When you send an interview request to a candidate, the candidate can either accept or decline the request. When the candidate accepts the interview request, OfferZen automatically creates the candidate in Greenhouse as a 'prospect'.

The new Greenhouse prospect will include the following candidate details:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Link to the candidate's profile on OfferZen

  • Link to a PDF file of the candidate's profile

  • The referrer's details

Assigning a candidate (prospect) to a job in Greenhouse

Once the candidate has been added to Greenhouse, you can assign them to a job by clicking on the link in the interview request details panel or by going directly to Greenhouse.

Since OfferZen creates the prospect without any job attached, you need to assign them to one of your existing Greenhouse jobs

In the prospect details page in Greenhouse, click the "Convert to Candidate" button.

Once the prospect is converted to a candidate in Greenhouse, you will see the candidate's application stage in OfferZen with a link back to the profile in Greenhouse.
