If your open roles are a good match for the available talent in the marketplace, you will receive an email with details to log in to OfferZen and browse developers. You should receive this within 24 hours of signing up. Your Account Manager will reach out to ensure your team is set up to use the marketplace successfully.
If your hiring needs or profile are not a match for our marketplace, our team will let you know via email.

As an active talent marketplace, we protect the privacy of job-seekers on the marketplace.
We do this by ensuring that all companies joining the marketplace are legit employers and are actively hiring for roles that align with the roles desired by job-seekers.
What happens after I get access to developers on OfferZen?
After you get access, you will be able to:
Browse or search profiles in the marketplace
Reach out to developers directly with a message
Make hires on our pay-per-hire plan or upgrade to a subscription
