You should find out whether your profile has been accepted within two business days of submitting for review.
You will get an email saying you have been accepted. You can also check your OfferZen dashboard for any updates.
Your TA will reach out to schedule a welcome call. On the call, they’ll:
Answer any questions you might have
Ask questions to get a better understanding of your job search priorities
Give you tips on how to complete your profile in a way that reflects who you are and what you’re looking for.
Once your profile is complete, you will be made visible to companies from either the next Monday or a Monday in the next few weeks.
Make sure that you are able to respond to companies timeously (within 48 hours) once you are made visible. This keeps the momentum going and ensures everyone – including you – has a great experience.
