Exporting your LinkedIn profile as a PDF is the fastest way to get your career history ready for OfferZen. Instead of manually typing out your work experience, you can upload this PDF to our CV uploader, and we’ll automatically extract your skills, roles, and education to build your profile for you.
Here is how to download your LinkedIn profile and upload it to the OfferZen marketplace.
Step 1: Export your profile from LinkedIn (Desktop)
The easiest way to get a clean, professional PDF is via the LinkedIn desktop site.
Log in to your LinkedIn account on a desktop browser.
Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
Select View Profile.
In the top section of your profile (just below your headline), click the More (...) button.
Select Save to PDF from the dropdown menu.
The PDF will automatically download to your computer.
Step 2: Upload to OfferZen
Once you have your PDF, you can use it to skip a lot of the manual data entry during onboarding for the first time or re-submitting when you come on OfferZen at a later time.
Upload your LinkedIn Profile PDF during OfferZen onboarding
If you have skipped the CV import during onboarding you can do in on your profile.
In the Import your CV step, click Upload CV select the downloaded LinkedIn PDF from your files.
Our platform will scan the document and automatically populate fields like:
Work experience and descriptions
Education history
Top technical skills
Contact details
Troubleshooting & Tips
Mobile App: The "Save to PDF" feature is often unavailable in the LinkedIn mobile app. If you are on mobile, use your phone’s browser (Chrome or Safari) to access LinkedIn.com, request the "Desktop Site," and follow the steps above.
Privacy: Make sure your profile visibility is set to "Public" or "All LinkedIn Members" before exporting to ensure all sections are included in the PDF.
