What you can expect after connecting with SmartRecruiters:
You will be able to link a position in OfferZen to the corresponding SmartRecruiters job.
Candidates will automatically be sent to the relevant job in SmartRecruiters when they accept your interview request on OfferZen.
As you move a candidate through the stages in your hiring process, the application stage syncs back and is displayed on OfferZen.
Your Account Manager will be able to see upcoming interviews scheduled with a candidate in SmartRecruiters to make collaboration even easier.
Authenticate through SmartRecruiters’s website (Recommended)
Find the OfferZen Integrations page by logging into your OfferZen account, clicking More on the navigation bar, and then Integrations.
Click on the Connect button for SmartRecruiters.
Select the option "I want to authenticate through SmartRecruiters's website." (Recommended) and click Next.
Click Open window and the SmartRecruiters website will open in a new tab.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Allow Access.
Click through the next screens and finalise the connection by clicking Finish on the last screen.
Authenticate by using your API key or Access Token
Log in to your SmartRecruiters account and click your name in the upper right corner to access the drop-down menu. Click Settings/Admin.
Under the Administration section, click Apps & Integrations.
In the menu that appears, click Credentials at the top. Then Click New Credentials > API Key.
Select API key option and click next.
Add a name and description for the API key, and click Generate.
You can copy & paste these if you want:
Name: OfferZen
Description: Connect to OfferZen to automatically get candidate applications in SmartRecruiters. (Keep in mind that If you delete this API key, the connection between OfferZen and SmarRecruiters will fail and applications will need to be manually created in SmartRecruiters).
Find the OfferZen Integrations page by logging into your OfferZen account, clicking More on the navigation bar, and then Integrations.
Click on the Connect button for SmartRecruiters.
Follow the prompts on the page, and enter the API key into the text box when prompted.
Click through the next screens and finalise the connection by clicking Finish on the last screen.
