What is this feature?
Enabling applications allows vetted OfferZen candidates to view and apply for your open positions. Our full base of more than 10 000 candidates will have access to viewing your position, but only candidates who meet your role’s criteria will be able to apply.
Your position will also be listed on our public job directory. This makes it easier to attract high-quality, relevant talent—without the noise of unqualified applications.
How to enable applications
Log in to OfferZen and navigate to the Positions tab.
Click on the position title you want to enable applications for.
In the top-right corner of the position overview, toggle Enable applications.
How does enabling applications expand my reach?
Live candidates on OfferZen can browse open positions and apply, but only to roles that match their skills and experience.
Beyond that, all 10,000+ candidates who have ever been accepted into the OfferZen marketplace receive weekly personalised job recommendations, ensuring your position gets in front of the right talent.
We’re also building a public job directory—stay tuned! This will be a publicly accessible page where even more potential candidates can explore available roles. To apply, they’ll need to sign up and pass our vetting process first.

Even if your position is listed in the public job directory, only vetted candidates who meet your requirements will be able to apply.
Disclosing salary to candidates
When enabling applications, you can decide whether to display the salary range for your position. Simply toggle the checkbox and preview how it will appear to candidates. Note that the salary will only be visible to candidates inside the OfferZen platform.
💡 Tip:
Being transparent about salary will help attract the right candidates faster.
How to disable applications
If you want to stop receiving applications, you can disable them by:
Go to the Positions tab.
Click on the position title.
Turn off the Enable applications togglein the top-right corner.
🚩 Automatic Disabling:
If you don’t respond to any applications within 8 weeks, applications will be automatically disabled. You’ll need to re-enable them to start receiving applications again.
