When you change the interview status of a candidate to “Extending offer” and click on the Extend Offer button, a pop-up will appear allowing you to create an offer message to send to the candidate view OfferZen.

The candidate will receive your message with the offer attached. All that’s left to do is cross your fingers and hope they accept!
