Note: On 3 May 2024, Pay-per-hire companies will get access to this feature for a limited time while the feature is in Beta. If you have any questions or feedback, you can reach out to your account manager directly.
What is this feature?
Companies can make their positions visible to candidates on OfferZen. This means that candidates will be able to view and apply directly to the position.
How to make your position visible to candidates
From the navigation bar, click on the Positions tab.
Click on the position title of the role you would like to publish to candidates.
Click on the āPublish positionā button in the block on the top right corner of the position overview.
You will then be prompted to choose whether to opt-in to the position being published only on OfferZen or externally as well.
Click āMake position visibleā to publish your position and start getting applications.
The āPublish positionā button wonāt be clickable if your position is incomplete (ie. it doesnāt have all of the required fields filled).

With this feature, you can still choose whether to show the salary range for this position to candidates.
When toggling the checkbox, you will be able to see how the salary is shown or hidden on the position overview
What does āList on public job boards for freeā option mean?
This gives us permission to publish the position on job boards such as LinkedIn, essentially marketing the role for you. It is totally optional and selecting it does not guarantee weāll post it to a job board. You will be notified if it is, however.

How to unpublish a position
Positions stop being visible to candidates when the position is closed or when you unpublish the position.
Hereās how to unpublish a position:
