What is this feature?
This feature is only available to companies that have an OfferZen unlimited subscription.
Companies with a subscription can make their positions visible to candidates on OfferZen. This means that candidates will be able to search for, view, and apply directly to the position when the feature is launched to candidates in early 2024.
Important: This feature is currently in beta so there may be bugs. Weâre working hard to smooth out the experience. Please get in touch with your Account Manager if you experience any issues â your feedback will help us make this better.
How to make your position visible to candidates
From your navigation bar, click on the Positions tab. Click on the menu button for a position and select View details to see how your position will be displayed to candidates.
On the top right side of your screen, youâll see a card with the option to make the position visible. Click Update position visibility.
The Review visibility settings button wonât be clickable if your position is incomplete (ie. it doesnât have all of the required fields filled).
In the window that pops up, List on OfferZen marketplace will be preselected. You can then click Make position visible.
Your position will now be visible to candidates.
What does the âList on public job boards for freeâ option mean?
This gives us permission to publish the position on job boards such as LinkedIn, essentially marketing the role for you. It is totally optional and selecting it does not guarantee weâll post it to a job board. You will be notified if it is, however.
Disclosing salary to candidates
With this feature, you can still choose whether to show the salary range for this position to candidates.
When toggling the checkbox, you will be able to see how the salary is shown or hidden on the position overview.
How to unpublish a position
Positions stop being visible to candidates when the position is closed or when companies unpublish the position.
Click on the Menu button for a position and select View details to see how your position will be displayed to candidates.
On the top right side of your screen, youâll see a card that tells you that developers can currently view and apply to the position. Click Hide position.
