When opting in to OfferZen WhatsApp notifications, you will receive messages when:
A company sends you an interview request
A company sends you a message
You can also also use the "help" prompt to request additional information such as a list of upcoming interviews.
How to Opt In?
You can Opt In by scanning the QR code on your candidate profile or messaging "hello" to the WhatsApp number +27 60 0180674.
How to Opt Out?
You can Opt Out by sending "stop" to the WhatsApp number +27 60 0180674
Why am I seeing this error?
If you receive this msg when trying to opt in, it means that:
The number on your candidate profile does not match the WhatsApp number you are opting in from. You can update this yourself or if you are not able to, reach out to your TA.
OR The number format on your candidate profile does conform to the country code format such as +27. You can update this yourself or if you are not able to, reach out to your TA.
