How is my response rate calculated?
Your application response rate is calculated on the average response rate to applications (accepted or rejected) over the last two weeks.
👋Heads up: Applications expire two weeks after they’re received and are marked as not responded to.
Keep responding to candidate applications before they expire to keep your average up and attract top quality candidates.
What do candidates see?
Candidates can see your company's response rate on the position they’re viewing. The rating is based on how many candidates can expect to receive an application response within two weeks.
It ranks from:
Few candidates get a response within 2 weeks.
Some candidates get a response within 2 weeks.
Many candidates get a response within 2 weeks.
Most candidates get a response within 2 weeks.
How do I improve my response rate?
It’s best practice to respond to applications as soon as possible in order to lock-in top candidates as well as maintain a good response rate to attract more top quality candidates. Your response rate will improve if you respond to applications in less than 2 weeks after they’re received.
