Before your profile can become visible to companies, the following steps need to happen:
You create your profile
You are accepted to the marketplace
You are introduced to your talent advisor
Complete and polish your profile
When your profile is ready, you become visible to companies on your assigned date!
New candidates become visible to companies every Monday. So, if your profile is ready on a Friday you only need to wait a few days. However, if your profile is ready on a Tuesday, you’ll be waiting 6 days. This is why it’s important to get your profile ready as soon as possible.
If you miss your assigned date, you will have the opportunity to become visible to companies the following week. You can elect to go visible on a future date within the next month or so. If you miss the second assigned date assigned to you, however, you will have to re-submit your profile for review on OfferZen.
