How recommendations are created:
OfferZen Recommendations make use of your Position (not search filters) information to recommend candidates based on your required role, experience, must-have skills, salary, workplace policy and location.

Keep your position up to date to make sure your recommendations are a good match for your requirements.
Make sure to react to your recommendations so that your recommended matches for the next week improves based on your reaction.
Where to find your weekly recommendations:
Click on Candidates in the main navigation bar.
Click on the Recommendations tab in the sub-navigation on the top left corner of the page.
This will take you to the list of recommended candidates. You can filter these recommendations by position.
How to improve your weekly recommendations:
React to recommendations using the following actions:
Reach out to a candidate by using Yes, send a message
Favourite a candidate by using Yes, favourite for later
Remove a candidate from your recommendations list by using No, remove from this list.
✨ Each reaction will be used to provide you with improved recommendations for the next week.
As you provide feedback, candidates will be moved from the recommendations list. Your list will empty when you have reacted to each recommendation.
Candidates you reached out to will move to your messages
Candidates you marked as favourite will move to your favourites list
Candidates you removed will not be recommended for this position again

Q: Why don’t I have any recommendations available?
There are 2 possible reasons:
You don’t have any positions set up on OfferZen. Click on Positions in the navigation bar and click on Add Position to add a Position based on your hiring needs.
OfferZen Recommendations cannot find any suitable candidates to recommend based on your position information.
Q: I updated my position search filters, but my recommendations aren’t being updated?
OfferZen Recommendations are based on your position requirements, not your search filters. If your position requirements have changed, click on Positions in the navigation bar, find the position you want to update and click on View detail to make your updates.
Q: How often will I see new recommendations?
There are three instances in which you will receive new recommendations:
Every Monday when new candidates go live on OfferZen
When you add a new Position
When you make updates to your Position requirements
